Processing Time:
We do our absolute best to ship your orders same day! However, due to volume, it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped! We ship all standard orders via USPS priority. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 2-4 business days!
Keep in mind, we only ship packages Monday-Friday and USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays!
If you need an order shipped via UPS overnight or any other shipping accommodations, please do not hesitate to email us at caro.bizz.sand@gmail.com We are pretty good at making magic happen, just sayin' ;)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors, family members, roommates, and roommates to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. USPS requires that you wait 7-15 days from the "delivered" date before filing a claim. You may then file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
Will accept returns within 7 days of PURCHASE for store credit or exchange only. Product must be in new condition, with tags and receipt. Before mailing return PLEASE contact us at
caro.bizz.sand@gmail.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
